The reason why Hoon Xen doesn´t want third party intervention
Comrade Hoon Xen
Hoon Xen should have asked UNSC for help or third party intervention for for along time and this war is absolutely preventable. But why is it prolonged?
Hoon Xen can see his political interests from this prolonged conflicts as follow:
- His popularity may gain,
- People will forget about their economic hardship caused by his incompetent leadership,
- This war will sure avert Khmer attention from Viet´s daily invasion,
- He will have the reason to buy more weapon and ask for more money for his personal soldiers,
- He hope to gain more vote and cling on to power for years to come.
And hope this time he speaks like a real man.
