Why do we need these many agreements? I just thnk the more agreements

Hun Sen the Traitor embracing Youn PM Nguen Tan Dung (Daylife.com)
we have with Youn the more interest losses we will have. Just see the agreement of illegal treaties of 1979, 1982, 1983, and 1985 and the supplemental treay 2005.
I really don´t know until when Cambodian and Youn have enough agreements, treaties, and pacts and so on on traditional relationship, border resolution, immigration, trades, drug combation, cultural, health care, and economic cooperation, youth and women relation, friendly border and peace agreements, etc.
Remarkably the newly signed agreement on land conssession to Youn and visa extension are really dangerous for Cambodia in both short and long term visions.
Mr. Oung Sean, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs proudly said that:
”We are making great effort to find 100,000 hectares of lands to fulfill Vietnam’s request. Most importantly, (the agreements) are related to border issues. We are trying to finish the job of border demarcations between the two countries by 2012. Our industries have co-operations on the issues of electricity along the Sesan II River.” (more…)

Since the alleged spy Siwarak - a siamese national, was arrested, I have seen may siamese news have published daily about the effort of the siamese leaders in both the govrnment and the opposition camps busily seek to help the alleged spy by all means.
However, the Cambodian leaders are so quiet and have heard no word of
expressing their concerns to help the Cambodian civilians who have been inhumanly killed, abusively arrested, totured, and jailed in Saim.
The Siam have killed so far this year alone four Cambodians, included a teenage who is known to be burnt alive by the brutal inhuman siamese army, wounded 3, and imprisoned up to 96 Cambodian civilians. These people were killed, shot, and jailed just because they crossed the border for making their daily living without knowing where the exact border lines of the two countries exist.
Personally, I really doubt about the honesty, faith, and sincerity of the Cambodian leaders to serve Cambodia and the people of Cambodia in their capacity for protecting the Cambodian nationals. Because so far it clearly shows that the Cambodian leaders have not acted as a leader of a nation. They have shown no concerns and attention to help their own nationals who have inhumanly killed, shot, and jailed by the Siam.
Nationally, they should take this opportunity to negoatiate wih siam in equal term to help our nationals by bringing the criminals who have killed and shot to wound our people to justice and, for the arrested and jailed, as an exchange or to require for a just treatment according to international laws as demanded by the siam to Cambodia.
Wishfully, I hope it is not yet too late for the Cambodian leaders to show their political will to protect our beloved people who are inhumanly killed, totured, and jailed in Siam. Ortherwise, we will not forgive them for their act of neglect will be brought to justice for failing to protect their own national as the leaders of the country in the future.

Hun Sen was quoted by AFP as having said on Thursday that he denied interfering with the UN-backed Khmer Rouge court, but repeated

Hun Sen The Traitor
warnings that pursuing more suspects from the 1970s regime could spark civil war.
’I am not interfering with the court. But it is not the court that stopped the war. Be careful – the court will create war, causing division of society again.‘
‘Again and again, I see they want to question (more people). Be careful, this is the issue of death.’
He went on to repeat warnings that he would rather see the court fail than expand prosecutions beyond the five former Khmer Rouge leaders currently detained for their roles in the regime which killed up to two million people.
SE: Every time someone question the issue of bringing more KR leaders to trial and the shift of power, he warns about WAR. Who will makes war angainst who? I think the one that will make war in Cambodia is Hun Sen himself because he is the one who controls all the military forces in the country and he even has consolidated the power in his strong control within all departments of the government from the top the grassroot.
The problem is that he is so scare of losing power and the isse of taking more KR leaders to trial because he is also one of the KR leaders that is politically and criminally involved in the KR regime. He is even responsible for the K5 killing in the 1980s and the 1997 blooded coup and furthmore the corrupption allegation and the death of actress Piseth Pilika. And he is currently also labeled as the traitor of the nation for dealing with Vietnam on border issue by using the unconstitutional treaty 1985 and supplemental treaty 2005. With this, he will make WAR against all who are a threat to his power and personal security.
Lastly, just want to say that Cambodians people have already suffered enough and no one will so dumb want to make war against each another again. It´s really enough!! And with this, we must get rid of Hun Sen as well in order to prevent the posible WAR in the future.

This is a worth reading publication of Khmer Mchas Srok News on the border issues with Youn quoted the source from Cambodian Border Committee Worldwide. It is short and clearly explained. One should read this and then compared with the twistering tongues of Phnom Penh on border resolution with Youn Hanoi. We must not tolerate those who are in power now for their traitorship.

Op-Ed by Khmerization
28th November, 2009
“By banning foreign fishermen in Cambodian waters, thousands of fishing jobs will be generated for local Cambodian fishermen and incomes from fishing will undoubtedly help the local economy. And this will help in reducing the numbers of Cambodian migrant workers seeking jobs overseas, including constructions and fishing jobs in Vietnam and Thailand.”
I hope I won’t be labelled an “ultra-nationalist” or an “extremist” for what I am going to say in this opinion piece. With clear conscience, I hope the majority of readers will agree with my views here that the granting of fishing licences to foreign fishing companies to fish in Cambodian territorial waters off the coast of Koh Kong is not in the best interests of Cambodia and the Cambodian fishermen.
While the Cambodian fishermen have been fined and arrested for fishing in Cambodian waters, foreign fishermen like the Vietnamese and the Thai fishermen have been given unrestricted access to fish freely in Cambodian territorial waters for just a small amount of licence fees of 60,000 Baht ($1500) per month for each big fishing trawlers. Based on reports in the Thai press, more than 100 Thai fishing trawlers have been fishing in Cambodian waters everyday. With some trawlers having the capacity to load up to 100 tons of fish, those Thai trawlers seem to have made a handsome profit for a pittance.

The Nation on Sunday
As a reaction to the news that Cambodia cancelled loan from Thailand for $41.2 millions to upgrade national highway from Siem Reap to Surrin
“There was some confusion. On one hand, they wanted us to confirm we would lend them the money and on the other hand, they were afraid we would not extend the loan to them. So they opted to cancel the loan first. If there had been proper coordination, there would have been no problem. I think the problem will be sorted out in the end.”
SE: As I have observed since Abhi-shit has become the PM of Siam, the most often used word he uses to deal with and to blame Cambodia to cover his fault and weakness in his political game and to show his muturity or senority in politics as compared to Cambodian leader are ” MISUNDERSTANDING” and “MISINFORMED.” What else do we expect from this kid´s mouth? Well, mockery! And what his expectation is is that the problem will be smoothly managed, sorted out, and bilaterally solved.
In politics “If you can´t make yourself clear for your opposition or the grassroot to understand you, please don´t blame them, but blame yourself.” This is because you are a pretended intellectual or a pure idiot.
On the other handd, it seems that this stinky Abhi-shit thinks that people in Cambodia have no brain and are not equipped with information like him at all.
Lastly, I just remind you that your nation has been peace for centuries and yet it is still a developing country. So please be repsectful and stop looking down on your neighbors.

Bangkok Post
“The Thai government should organise bilateral talks with other countries to clarify the Thai-Cambodian situation. The Thai government should also approach Cambodian government first to show its seniority and pressure the Cambodian government to explain different bilateral issues.“ Said Surakiart.

Mental Siam Surakiart
SE: I´m just happy to see the title of the article that, “ Bangkok should open talk.” But again the content really disappointed me, because the intention of the approach is not a move to stop the conflict but to show who is better than whom and by this to whom who can pressure, and who can be at the great advantage.
Actually, there is no sign of respect from the Siam and the equal status the Siam will treat Cambodia and its neigbors. I really dont know what to say to these mental people.
Just my last word, if Siam want to end the conflict, please respect yourself first and respect other. Then we will respect you. Cambodia have nothing to be presured and you Siam must realize this as a trouble maker and the ignorant. To be straight, your advise would be positive if you suggest your arrogant and extreme nationalist government to take a due respect approach with Cambodia and stop treating Cambodia like a child. What do you think who you are, Surakiart?

On November 8, on his return to Cambodia from the inaugural Mekong-Japan leaders’ summit in Tokyo, Hun Sen (the Traitor) recalled how Thailand once gave shelter to two leaders of the infamous Khmer Rouge, Nuon Chea and Khieu Samphan.
The Khmer Rouge, which ruled Cambodia from 1975 to 1979, left up to two million people dead.
“Thailand did more than violate international law. It had signed a peace pact. If Thailand does not respect international law, how can you expect us to respect Thai law?” he said.
When the siamese officials as asked about this in an informal chat, then siamese officials were quick to say the episode was in the past.
SE: The Siam think that what Hun Sen (the traitor) said was already happened and it is completely in the past, so it should not be mentioned. However, here come another siam who said the past can´t be forgotten and it still beats his heart and all siamese hearts and memories. And what happened in the past can´t be accepted and forgiven.

Stupid Pirapan
“Thai nationalists consider the 1962 ruling on the temple an injustice. We respect the court ruling but hope to one day have the evidence to prove the temple itself is ours,” Siamese Justice Minister Pirapan Salirathavibhaga told The Associated Press.
SE: Wow!!! It is really surprising to hear that the Siam know how to spell the word ”INJUSTICE” and understand what they mean. It seems that their effort of stealing our national property will never end in these thief-born Siams and the loss of stealing our temple really hurt them and make them lose faces. But these stupid people never understand how we hurt when they support the Khmer Rouge and keep invading our temple- Preah Vihear. They should know their people are not the builders of this prestigous temple and they don´t have such a competent either.
So if your mental people want to have faces and respect from your neighbors, you must accept the past as well as the present. Or if you don´t accept the past please reject all the past. It is so simple, then you will become a REAL human being.

- The three traitors
“Up to now, no a single Cambodian farmer had lost their rice paddy to Vietnam and the border demarcation mechanism is carried basing on the 1985 treaty and the 2005 supplemental treaty“, said the three traitors.
Well, if you read through the report of Ke Kim Yan, then you will know that those three traitors are right because, “Up to now, no a single Cambodian farmer had lost their rice paddy to Vietnam, but hundreds of families who had lost their rice paddies.”

Border Report by Ke Kim Yan
This is just a report in 1999 alone there were 31 cases of encroachment -20 encroachments by Vietnam, 10 encroachments by Thailand, and 1 encroachment by Loas. How about the encroachment in the whole 1980s, the encroachment from 1990 to 1998, and the encroachment from 2000 up to today? We have heard the cases of border invasion reported annually by the opposition, people along the border, and the NGOs, but not a single word from the the government of these three traitors in those years.
Notice: In the report of Mr. Ke Kim Yan, he told us only the resolutions solved with Thailand, but not a single resolution made had pointed out about the encroachments of Vietnam. Or that means all the encroachments invaded by Vietnam have been fully taken by Vietnam?
What should the three traiotrs deserve, please tell me my beloved countrymen!!!
Thank you brother Sok San

The Three Traitors -Heng Samrin, Cheasim, Hun Sen
In their response to Sam Dech Ta Norodom Sihnouk´s request to investigate the border invasion claimed by MP Sam Rain Sy, the three stooge leaders of the traitorous Cambodian People´s Party wrrote to Sam Ta a letter dated on 16 November 2009 which strongly affirmed that, ” Up to now, no a single Cambodian farmer had lost their rice field to Vietnam yet.” And they even cleary added that, ” The nogitation mechanism for border demarcation is made basing on the 1985 treaty and the 2005 supplemental treaty.” With this, we clearly understand that these three traitors do not give any importance to the 1991 Paris Peace Accord and the respect for the Cambodian Constituion.
Beloved cóuntrymen please take your time and read the below posted documents related the border demarcation tools with Youn Hanoi like the 1985 treaty, 2005 supplemental treay, 2005 supplemental treaty map, and the detail explanations made by lawerand border expert. Then you can judge the three stooges with your informed knowledges and decide who (MP Sam Rainsy or the three stooges) should deserve the point and the shooting.

After his immunity lift, MP Sam Rainsy released a statement Thursday

sVar Kim Hong
which stated that Cambodia has lost over 1,000 square kilometers to Vietnam within the past 30 years negatively received a strong reaction from sVar Kim Hong, head of the government Border Committee, who said that the accusation was baseless and exaggerated.
“I wonder where Sam Rainsy got this information from. Cambodia never loses such a whole lot of land to Vietnam,” he said.
However, sVar Kim Hong does recognize that Cambodia, if compared to the colonial Service Geographique de l’Indochine scale map 1/100,000 and the 1985 delimitation treaty, will loses 9,000 hectares; and compared to U.S Army Mapping Service scale map 1/50,000 with the 1985 Treaty, would lose about 7,900 hectares to Vietnam. This statement was confirmed by sVar Kim Hong to Mr. Touch Bora Esq through a telephone conversation on 30 August 2002 at 4:30 p.m. (Sydney time), which Mr. Touch Bora Esq wrote in his letter dated on 9 September 2002 sent to Sam Dach Ta Noroudom Sihanouk concerning over border affairs.
In fact, the loss is absolutely more than the 1000 square kilometers stated by MP Sam Rainsy in his statement, if we add the size of the historical water of 30000 square kilometers awarded to Vietnam under the 1982 Agreement which has been into affect and now already become under the full control of Vietnam. And this would not be the last if the equidistance principle be used to delimit the maritime boundary, Cambodia will lose an additional area of sea and seabed measuring at least 860 square nautical miles from the Brevie Line to the north, analyzed by Mr. Touch Bora Esq or another 10000 square kilometers confirmed by Mr. Sean Pengse, the President of the Cambodian Border Committee Worldwide, which exclusively include another Koh Poula Wai to Vietnam added to the previous lost islands- Koh Tral (Dao Phu Quoc) and Koh Poulo Panjang (Dao Thu Chu).

Please click on the map to view the animation of Historical Water (CBC)
This is why sVar Kim Hong said in front of us, Students´s Movement for Democracy (SMD), and Sam Dach Ta Norodom Sihanouk on 22 Janaury 2000 during our audience with him concerning the border resolution with Vietnam that; “If we want peace, we must sacrifice our flesh to the tiger.” The truth is discovered now that, “Sacrifice the flesh to tiger actually means cutting our land to the Viet.” This word was clearly spoken out from his mouth and there were Sam Dach Ta as witness and 31 members of SMD attended where I was also present at the event.
We must condemn this sVar KimHong for his role in helping the traitorous regime of Hun Sen.

Youn PM Dung´s reaction to MP Sam Rainsy:

Viet PM Ngyen Tan Dung
Regarding acts and statements made by Sam Rainsy – President of the Sam Rainsy Party (SRP), who recently uprooted six temporary poles for Marker 185 between Vietnam’s southern province of Long An and Cambodia’s Svay Rieng province – he proposed that the Cambodian government take due measures to deal with Rainsy’s acts of sabotage and not permit similar cases to occur, as they negatively affect the fine relations between the two nations
SE: What do you mean by fine relation? You mean by invading Cambodia?
PM Dung, you should know that in March 1964, Cambodia established diplomatic relations with North Vietnam and it recognized Cambodian border existence, but concerning the Cambodian border with the South Vietnam, the National Front for the Liberation of South Vietnam (NFLSVN), Cambodia should negotiate a border settlement directly with it. Then NFLSVN´s Central Committee’s Declaration dated on 13 May 1967 , confirmed by Letter dated on 6 June 1967 of Mr Nguyen Huu Tho, the President of the Presidium of the Central Committee, officially recognized Cambodian border which in its declaration also recognized the so-called 1939 Brevie Line as maritime border of the two states. Phay Siphan, spokesman of the Council of Ministers, dismissed the

Puppet Phay Siphan
allegations, saying Sam Rainsy was speaking from emotion rather than fact.
“To the east, we do not have any problems.”
SE: Phay Siphan’s logic why we don’t have any problem with the east is that because we never object to any proplem created by the east.
The difference between the Opposition and the mindset of the CPP’s traitors are:
-
I knwo you the opposition speak from the bottom of your heart against the aggression , but I then will treat you as speaking from the emotion rather than the fact.
-
But we the CPP who speak for the aggressor and we then will become the real national defenders -not traitors.

Report from Sthapana:

Alcoholic Khiev Kanharith
Khiev Kanharith flatly rejected Mr. Rainsy’s accusations and challenged him to show on the maps where the encroachments had occurred.
SE: It is unbelievable that the leaders of this puppet government still repeat such a word in order to challenge their own people who dearly love and protect the country. I mean they have used such a word to challenge my group for many years ago and these idoit leaders really never wake up.
Why does he need MP Sam Rainsy to show the invading area the map? Doesn´t he think that the people who live along the border are the witness or the real living map of the country? If he needs the papper map he must ask sVar Kim Hong to verify with the accused invading erea, because sVar Kim Hong, as the head of Cambodian Border Committee, is the one who has all the materials related to border and is respobsible for the border demarcation and show the irregularity of the border installations to the people and the government. So why MP Sam Rainsy? Actually, MP Sam Rainsy is just a messenger and spokeman of the people of Cambodia only.
However, I do belive that this puppet government which has been led by the traitor leaders will never accept the truth even we show them the map, because in the past we have reported to them about the invasion many times, detailing with places and willing to cooperate with all the information needed, but they never considered our reports and even threatened us, and some of our colleages were arrested and put in jail and and some others must live in exile. The problem is that these traitors have no political will, national conscience, or cannot protect the country´s territorial integrity, and they really don´t need the map, but they need us, the nationalists, to shut up only!

World Countries News

Abhisit
Affter a Siamese spy was arrested the rage in Siamese government is hit up again. Then there were many reports about Siam threat on handling its alleged national spy.
The Siam Cabinet will discuss ways to put the squeeze on Cambodia should the country not comply with international norms in its treatment of a Thai national arrested for allegedly spying for the Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh.
Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva on Monday threatened to take stronger action against Cambodia, including more cutbacks in financial assistance, should the country refuse to abide by the accepted standards.
SE: Treat prisoner according to international norm? Look here how you

Cambodian prisoner chained by Siam court
treat Cambodian prisoners in your country, Abhisit? Do you mean their hands and legs must be chained and shackled together like that? These Cambodians are farmers and they know nothing about how to use map and they really don´t know where the borderline is. With this they should be arrested and released as Cambodian have done to the Siamese people who astrayed into Cambodia as well.
I think you first must moralize and civilize yourself before you try to modell Cambodia, and please don´t forget that what have shaped your people, culture, and politics today are the products of the Khmer.
One more thing, it seems that Abhisit doen´t know anything in dealing with conflict beside threatening. I don´t know what kind of education he has achieved. Maybe he just thinks that Siam now is richer than Cambodia and can do whatever at its will? Well, Cambodia has many alternatives and is not locked up with Siam alone.

Bangkok Post
To show his reaction to Cambodian government which recently banned all

Kasit- Siam FM
Siamese nationals from working at Cambodian Air Traffic Services (CATS) after one of its staff was arrested on the allegation of spying for the confidential information which is considered as detrimental to Cambodian national security, Kasit has his say here again:
” Cambodia must comply with the law after Phnom Penh banned Thai nationals from working at Cambodian Air Traffic Services (CATS), which is operated by Thailand’s Samart Corporation.”
He then went on:
“Any action against the company and its employees must be strictly according to the law, and comply with Cambodia’s investment and internal regulations. As for Thailand, we’ll wait for reports from the Thai embassy to Phnom Pehn. We hope that we’ll receive factual information from Cambodia and the [Samart] company” .
”If the Cambodian action does not follow the terms of the bilateral agreement between our two countries, we’ll have to find other ways to continue.”
SE: Respect law? What law? Actually, Cambodia doen´t violate the investment agreement between the two country and what Cambodia decided to take control over the CATS is about her national security which Siam government is alleged to be involved in the case of Sirawak. If it happened in Siam what will Siamese government do? We know that the Siam will not do the same as Cambodia, but you will abolish it, terminate it or controll it permanently.
In another sense, it seems that Kasit is not telling Cambodia to respect the law, but he is trrying to threaten Cambodia again.
About respect for the law i will tell you later, but not Cambodia, but it is how Siam respect the law.

Var Kim Hong and Ang Vong Vathana (RFA)
As a reaction to the SRP-Norway´s statement on the lifting of MP Sam Rainsy´s immunity, Chheam Yeap, the MP of CPP, claimed that he is ready to defend the puppet parliament and government of Phnom Penh at any cost.
And he said that he is not a PhD. MP from foriegn country, but he knows all about that. Well, we know that a PhD. MP from the second hand Chamroen University of Polytechnology like him who maybe never went to school really knows how to defend that with his jungle laws.
As for the sVar Kim Hong who said that, ” The border issues are so complicated because when the France installed the border posts, they didn´t know on whose rice fields they belonged to and even Vietnam which install its border posts with neighboring countries like Laos and China also has conflicts.” (more…)
