The sources said the four, who were summoned by prosecutor Chea Sopheak, were suspected of inciting residents to commit crimes related to a land dispute.
The four were identified as Ou Virak, president of the Cambodian Center for Human Rights, Pen Bunna and Chhay Thy from the Cambodia Human Rights and Development Association (Adhoc), and Sok Ratha from Radio Free Asia.
