This is how the Cambodian government functions as a democratic country in order to serve interest of the people and the nation.
- HOW CAMBODIAN GOVERNMENT FORMED ACCORDING TO CONSTITUTION
It is not different from other countries where uphold the democratic principle. The government is awlays established by the citizen of the nation in order to serve them for good future.

However, the sysmetm really doesn’t work well because of the Cambodian People’s Party tries to paralyse it in order to preserve its status-quo in power as long as possible in the form of dictatorship government.
- HOW HUN SEN CENTRALIZES POWER
In the reality, Cambodia doesn’t belong to Cambodian people at all. It seemingly belongs to only Hun Sen, his cronies only, and his external matser.
According to decentralized power system of Hun Sen, in my point of view, Cambodia will never develop herslf as fast as other country as long as Hun Sen control the country. He controlls all political systems in order to preserve his demand and power.

We all Cambodia/Kampuchea/Comboge/Khmer know that Our Samdech Akkak Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen from Hanoi is Khmer Prime Minister since 1990s! He is not listen to Khmer people much,but he listen to Vietnamese more instead ,we know why? Because Vietnamese is a Second Mother of Samdech Hun Sen ,he said!

I am a member of an opposition party in the National Assembly. I wonder why Sam Rainsy usually watch out only eastern border? By contrast himself and his owner party never raised about border dispute between Cambodia and western country? Not only this they have closely relationship with and strongly support Thai Yellow. We have never seen a small piece of letter or a word to condomn Thai Yellow whose ruling party has been established by Coup Detat, Abused International Convention and Cambodia Territory. If Sam Rainsy is nationalist, WHY HE DO LIKE THIS ? who SRP’s supporter can clear ? I am waiting for your reply.

Thank for politely reply. Personal morality is very important for people who consider themself to be DEMOCRAT, especially who are awaiting to be national leader.
Least, I seldom see his reaction with Thai. You know what Siem (Thai Yellow) have been doing our nation ?… (you clearly known) but we have never seen Sam Rainsy condemns Siem. You know he has secret and close relation with Abhiset Vijjachiva’s Party. Absolutely you don’t believe me. I don’t understand why he support Siem ( Coup Detat, Look down Khmer, Abuse Khmer territory…).

I think you are right with regard to Bang Eng Chhai Eang and Bang Yim Sovan. I also dare to say that Bang Yim Sovan’s mother is a vietnamese and that is not wrong with him. We as the new generation of Cambodia never mind whether our compatriots are half-blood to Vietnam, Chinese, Thai, Korea… as long as they come to our country legally, respect our country’s law, culture and constitution.
We should live together and respect each another. Pls remember that Bang Yim Sovann is one of our best MP that serve our country.

Ideas or opinions from the textbook are always good , but in reality most of the Khmer leaders are the same. For instance Pol Pot and Eng Sary both were studied in France ,and full of patriotism but when they took power we all has seen the result ; the country went to hell and million of people have suffered till today emotionally and physically.
Khmer Politicians should know what they are doing first before dreaming to be leader . Lead themselves first before leading others. Preaching is easy than doing.
