We still remember that on 25 October 2009, MP Sam Rainsy included 22 other lawmakers from the Sam Rainsy Party held  the traditional Bon Kakthen to Angrum Denh Pagoda, Kohkban Kandal village, Samrong commune, Chantrea district, Svay Rieng province. There he was told by the villagers about the irregularity of the border post installation  installed by Youn soldiers in their rice fields and , after getting hopelessly help the the government, asked MP Sam Rainsy for intervention. Our courageous MP Sam Rainsy led the villagers and other MPs to investiagte the fact and clearly saw that those posts were intalled in their rice fields where they have been cultivated for generations. Then he and the villagers uprooted the six illegal border posts.

Without giving credit to his national conscious act, the CPP accusses him of destroying the public property and  racism.  Actaully, there is no such a public property or accusation as stated by the Hanio puppet CPP  as this is clearly explained by Dr. Dy Kareth, Vice-President of Cambodian Border Committee Worldwide.  Now the case is in the process of the Chantrea district court which its  law suit against MP Sam Rainsy will nationally  undermine the protection of Cambodian territorial integrity:
